Just because you hit the big 50 doesn’t mean everything must
come to an end. You don’t have to stop doing things and you certainly don’t
have to stop exercising. In fact exercising when you’re over 50 is more
important and the reason may surprise you. Your body will go through some
changes and if you don’t exercise you may find or every pound you put on, it’ll
take you three or four times as long to lose it and that’s not what you want.
There really isn’t any specific type of exercise you should
do when you’re over 50, so you can do whatever you enjoy doing and what feels
comfortable to you. If you enjoy jogging every morning, keep it up. If you like
